29-year old righty swinging infielder Eduardo Nunez on the Minnesota Twins has been selected to play in the All-Star Game for the first time in his Major League career. Nunez has played in 78 games for the Twins so far this year and he is 101 for 315 (.321 avg, .836 OPS) with 46 runs scored, 12 homers, 40 RBIs and 22 stolen bases. Nunez has now played in 492 games in his first seven years in the show and he is 406 of 1,459 (.278 avg, .727 OPS) with 197 runs scored, 30 homers, 160 RBIs and 87 stolen bases. Nunez is more than taking advantage of his first shot to play full time in the show. He is the lone representative for the Twins on the All-Star Team.
